Big Bang!

About 11 this morning, we were quietly doing our work in front of the computers, all of a sudden, there was LOUD bang on our roof. It sounded like a humongous thing has dropped on to our roof top or someone fell REALLY hard on the roof... Whatever it was, it certainly scared the bee-jeezes out of EVERYBODY!! We all ran out from all sorts of directions. And it was funny to see our boss and the operations manager run haha.. couple of 60 year olds =P

It was the scrap metal yard next door that had something blew up. Black smoke was coming out.. To be honest, I don't know why they even allowed that place to continue it's operation HERE amongst so many buildings. Sheesh, this is not the first time next door has had a fire! Just this time it actually had an explosion!

So the fire brigade came 10 minutes, a bit slow actually. Because the house would've finished burning by then! =P Anywho, they came and put the flame out. And apparently there were a bunch of camera crew too!! I wonder which news it will be on hehe We should've gone out there and walked around =P

We were all very scared... it sounded like an airplane had crashed into our building. The sound was totally deafening!! It sounded like the explosion was something of the size below, but it wasn't THAT big. Haha slight exaggeraton =P But it definitely sounded big!!! I felt like my heart was about to pop out of my chest! My work mates' hand was shaking as well!!

Okay, that's enough excitement for the day.. That woke me up ahha Been going into work before 8am this whole week. Past 2 days it has been arriving at work 7.40am!!! And getting home at 6... *sigh* Last night I got home at 7 and didn't get to eat until 7.30.. I just had instant noodles =P But it's special because work mates are here for a meeting... BUT next year, I'd have to be here 8am on the dot every day... *sigh* Naawwww! My precious sleep.. it'll be less with MBA starting!!!
