Xmas Time.. Ho Ho Ho

Well, yesterday was our last day at work for the year! Woo Hoo!!! We knocked off at 11am, the company provided food and booze (of course!) for lunch.. We all did our share of chomping and drinking (except for me, I was very well behaved, I drank Solo hehe). All company staff chipped in to get the boss's family Christmas present (it's a tradition) so yesterday myself, Anka and Claire II went to get some board games for them so they can play when they're @ their beach house. Crap or Fact is one and the other game we got was Wine-opoly. It was pretty cool!! It is kinda for our own benefits too so that when we go there for next Xmas, we can have our fun too haha =P

It was sort of a sad day too because it marks the end of my time with the Design Department. I've been moved over to the "dark" side where I'll be working with the managing director as his executive assistant. It's a GREAT opportunity and I am really looking forward to it, but I'll definitely be sad about moving offices and not being to talk to Anka/Anita anymore =( We share deep & meaningful conversations together for the past year or so.. They know all about my singleton and new relationship with Alex =P They're great gals, shall miss them heaps! It didn't take me very long to move because I store everything on my computer. So I only had a pile of paper to move and that's it hehe I took a picture of how clean and empty my part of the room looks!!

Anyway, so I took some picture with Anita (coz it was her last day with us as well) and there weren't that many succesful ones... I picked the best out of the bunch. She also took some with her FILM camera so goodness knows how well they'll turn out. I know for sure that I definitely had my eyes shut for one! haha
So after the luncheon, we moved onto East Perth for more drinks. Royal bar & restaurant in East Perth. Been there a few times on a Sunday afternoon after temple and it has a vERY enjoyable atmosphere, sometimes even live jazz!! But yesterday, oh boy, it was jam-packed with Christmas gatherings!! We were lucky we got a spot!! I had to park a few blocks away and on the way to the meeting place, I took a shot of a residental street. It was very lovely, posh ehhe Looks like from those US movies. But I'm not sure if I'd live where the neighbours can hear your every move... can't imagine!! =o

Anyway, it's Xmas eve... nothing much to celebrate. I do hope that this year (been a rather crappy year) will be over soon and that next year we will see some great changes. Everybody healthy and well.... *nodds* It's a must.... must... *wishes very very hard* >_<
