Rush to Burswood and met up with friends. It was soo exciting because I haven't been to a concert for ages. I miss a bit of culture every now and then!!! =) Took this photo with my phone again.. and when I was taking it, this lady behind me said "excuse me, we can't see the stage". My goodness gracious! It was only like 2 seconds! Why do people get so narky???
The concert was a blast!! It was a mix bag of different music styles. David Campbell is a great entertainer.. he also made a few jokes about his dad Jimmy Barnes. But yeah, it was definitely worth the bucks! It would've been a lot better if there was a dancing floor!! Wanted to dance!!!Today is father's day... so J-san and I took our parents to El Caballo Blanco - Spanish Dancing Horse... It was value for money! Buffet + show... $57. It's worth it guys! Go visit!
The only downside... SO DAMN FAR!! 1 hour drive! So make sure when you leave the house, bring some snacks!!!
It was cool coz when we got there, it felt like we went back to Spain! hehe there is a resort there too! Maybe next time can make it a weekend thing =) Apparently the place was set up in the 1970s but shut down after awhile. It was only re-opened towards the end of last year. I think it's good they have something so different.. they also have a world famous trainer (from South of Spain) that does training here as well as in Sydney. Good on them for sustaining this unique culture.
