Crappy Day

Today has been such a crap day...

Boss came back to work today. He didn't have a lot for me to follow up from his trip.. rather it was mainly the marketing director haha So I was quite busy, was hoping (like I have for the past few days) to get some time to do my Logistics assignment. It's due tomorrow and I haven't made a dent! *panic*

So.. busy busy busy! I was quite buggered. Then 2.30ish, got an email from our client asking to approve some rebates. It was for like 60-odd thousand dollars so yeah, we weren't going to do it in a hurry! Howeverrrrrr, they only gave us TODAY to get back to them. What was worse, it was based on Sydney time! WTF! Panic, Frenzy... sigh. Accounts payable wasn't too happy coz of course, giving dosh away!!! I stayed until 5pm to get it out of the way... on the way home, I feared my car might stop coz I've run out of petrol. The light went on Mon.. I did a trip to uni and back.. and to work as well. This morning, on the way to work I went DOH! Forgot the fuel vouchers! Ayyy, never mind can still last me what... Boy was I wrong!

When I was ALMOST home, my car went... vroooooooooooom... die. Panic! Doh! NoO way! I'm almost home!!! So here I am, stuck in the middle of the road. The road towards home seem so far.. although it was only 2 mins away by car! So luckily, my free membership with RAC was still valid (until next year! thank Buddha!) So I called up and in about half an hour they came to the rescue. I had to pay $8 for 5L petrol though.. gotta pump tonight!
Sending Judy-san to the airport tonight. She's going to Melb for the weekend! Woah! How awesome, was just reminisicing tonight, the last time I went to Melb was back in 1992!!! I am so envious. But I am also looking forward to my long weekend.. I took 2 days off work to be with mum. I'm hoping to take her to facial on Friday :) she hasn't been pampered for a very long time so she deserves it, after all these hard work she's done!!!

Last night, naughty me should've stayed at home and did assignment, went out with WJ and Sof. It was a get together before Judy went away and WJ's trip to Syd. If she's going to get this job, she'll move away from Perth.. Nawwww!! Another close friend gone =( I guess that's the thing with Perth, a lot of ppl want to move away!!! But I do hope she gets this job (if it's a good place).

So we decided to doll up and go to C Restaurant. Not too bad. View was amazing and the company, just great. We laughed quite a bit.. gossiped.. and talked about career, men and how inept they are with our feelings and just life in general. Of course had to take some snap shots to remember this amazing moment..
Will miss you dearly WJ-san! Your infectuous laughter and the bubbly personality and apart from that, you also have wisdom and great insight to things that we all can learn from =) I had a lot of fun with you and it's ashame that we couldn't have met up more regularly for the past 2 years or so..
