Time flies..

Went to an MBA gathering last night at Queenies in Highgate.

I've been slack and didn't organise gatherings after each trimester and Daz pointed out to me before this trimester finished. So I thought.. fine fine I'll get off my butt and organise one. Wasn't too difficult really. Named a place, email out to people and voila! People turned up! haha

But I have to say, the last time I saw this bunch was in Dec last year!! Shocker huh!! And time definitely has flied. We met T when we were doing Economics and he just had a new born then. The new born is 1 year old!! Gawrsh!! Most of us are finishing at the end of this year (23 Nov to be exact haha) so we're all very happy and can't believe how quickly it all went! We were whinging about how it's going to be 2 long years. But it actually went by too quickly, I think I'll miss the assignment days and meeting new people and working in a group assignment. haha Sound a bit sad huh?!

Everyone was also badgering me about my job =P To be honest, can do a lot better than just a PA. I know I have a lot of influence and exposure to all these different things at this company, but when it comes down to it.. at the end of the day, I'm still a PA. Not much responsibility or accountability.. not using my brain. They all say I could try out Business Analyst... Hmmmmm interesting..

Everyone was asking where Oppa was. I started to feel bad that I didn't get him to come!!! Grrr.. but I just didn't think it was nice if I brought my partner and others didn't. But it was certainly a good night out with group friends who went through a lot together.. chatting and catching up. But blardy Chucksta didn't make it coz he was sick.. tsk tsk. Pyker! Anyway, it was good coz got to chat to P more on a personal level =) And blardy H, he kept on saying how he's still sober. Dude, perhaps you need to drink some thing BEFORE you come next time hehe We all had to drive so we were all very responsible drinkers ;-)

Have to say congrats to B... biiiiiggg news! So lovely! Very happy for you mate! =) Everyone said I'm next.. but nahhhh ahha don't harrass me, harrass Oppa! haha Besides, Daz is next =)

Even though I brought my camera, I didn't take photos =( Not even of the food! Such a shame! The food was REALLY good. I had cajun chicken salad.. mm mm! Though it was a bit heavy on the saucy but the chicken was buenissimo!! I might go back again (but gotta save up first haha it wasn't a cheap place I have to admit!!)
