So I called back half an hour later.. 24 minutes to be exacted haha
They said they've sent the email out.
I offered them a screen capture of my emails. The only two I ever received were Feb and April. I even paid for the recent one so I can prove that I am not just doing a scam.
They said "please hold". I said "fine"
Few minutes later..
"Ok all reversed"
EEEE HARR!
